Conference Registration

The 46th ASSCT Conference will be held at the Royal International Convention Centre (Royal ICC), The Brisbane Showgrounds is conveniently located just 1.5km from the Brisbane CBD in Bowen Hills and 15 minutes from Brisbane Airport during the period of Tuesday 29th of April to Friday 2nd May 2025.  All General, Manufacturing and Agricultural sessions will follow at the same site, concluding after the tours on Friday 2nd May 2025.

Further information regarding the 2025 conference will be disclosed as preparations continue.

Welcome Function: Tuesday 29th April 2025 from 6:30pm

Happy Hour:  Wednesday 30th April 2025 5:30pm - 6:30pm

On-site registration is available commencing 12:00pm on Tuesday 29th April or 07:30am Wednesday 30th April 2025 at the Royal ICC.

The registration fee provides entry to all Conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas and lunches. The fee also covers bus transport for the Conference tours.

Please ensure when purchasing your delegate registration tickets, you are aware of the inclusions per ticket type and make allowances to purchase any additional tickets to social/networking functions.

Conference registrations are only available online.

For delegates and partners not registering for the Conference, tickets for the Welcome Function and/or Gala Dinner are available separately at an additional cost of $80.00 and $120.00, respectively.

PHOTOGRAPHER

The ASSCT Committee wishes to advise that by attending the Conference/Exhibition you may be photographed by a member of the Committee or contracted photographer for publicity or promotional purposes. The ASSCT Committee retains all property in all images it produces.
