2026 INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT EXHIBITION

The 2026 ASSCT Industry Equipment Exhibition will be held from Tuesday 21 April to Thursday 23 April 2026, at the Mackay Entertainment & Convention Centre (MECC), Mackay QLD.

It is proposed that Compass Events Hire will commence building booths on Monday 20 April 2026. Exhibitors will be expected to have completed their bump in by 6pm Tuesday.

The IEE will be officially opened during the Welcome Drinks fucntion on Tuesday evening. Exhibitiors will bump out after 3:30pm on Thursday afternoon.

Morning and afternoon tea and coffee will be provided in the Exhibition area during breaks in Conference sessions. Lunch will be provided to Conference delegates as part of the Registration Fee and will be served in the Industry Equipment Exhibition.

The exhibition application fee includes one full conference registration per booth.An additional charge will apply to booth support staff to cover catering costs. It is important that all booth staff complete the conference registration process.

Conference delegates represent a broad cross-section of the sugar industry and include factory personnel (managers, engineers and chemists), field personnel (cane inspectors, transport staff and cane growers), research workers and overseas visitors.

It is important that Exhibitors reserve their space with an early application. The IEE will be limited to about 64 booths and preference will be given to early applications. Late applications may not necessarily be successful.

Two size booths will be available for the 2026 Industry Equipment Exhibition. Cost per 3m x 3m booth will be $3400 and 3m x 2m booth will be $3150. All costs are GST inclusive.

ASSCT will offer a loyalty discount to exhibitors who have particiapted in all four of the most recent conferences (2022-2025). Eligible exhibitors may choose one of the following benefits: 

a. A 5% discount on the cost of their first booth; or
b. One free registration for a support staff member

The ASSCT Executive discourages any function held away from the Conference Centre during conference hours of 08:00 to 17:30 on Wednesday and Thursday.
